SPOTLIGHT METHODOLOGY
LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® is an established workshop method that uses LEGO® bricks as a tool for thinking, communicating and problem solving. Developed in 1998, it's used globally to support team alignment, innovation and problem solving.
The method combines hands-on building, storytelling and reflection to uncover insights, align understanding, and translate ideas into practical action.
