We only collect personal data if you choose to share it with us. This means:

• When you fill in our contact form — we collect your name, email address and any message you send.

• When you visit the website — Wix (our website provider) uses cookies to help the site function and to gather anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner on your first visit.
   

Why we collect it
 

We use your contact form information to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to arrange coaching, consulting or event services. We use cookie data to keep the site working properly and to understand how it's being used.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
 

Who we share it with
 

We use Wix.com Ltd to host the website and store the enquiries submitted through the contact form. When you send an enquiry, it comes to us by email — that email is managed via [email provider TBC, e.g. Google Workspace]. Wix and our email provider process data under their own privacy policies.
 

We may also share information where we are legally required to do so, for example with HMRC.
 

How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for up to 12 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for six years after the end of our working relationship, as required for UK tax purposes.
